3- If the above conditions are met, the bonus will be automatically credited to the user’s account on the anniversary date.
4- Each eligible user may receive the anniversary bonus once per year.
5- Due to leap years, the bonus may be credited with a delay of 2 to 3 days. If the bonus is not credited within 4 days after your anniversary date, please contact customer support.

3- The free bet must be used within 3 days.
4- Each free bet can only be used once and on a single bet.
5- The free bet amount itself will not be added to your balance if you win; only the winnings from the free bet will be credited.
6- Free bets cannot be cashed out.
7- If the event placed with a free bet is voided for any reason, the free bet will also be void and will not be returned.
